How It Works

1. On our website https://swyftcourier.ca register for a business account with Swyft Courier.
2. After signing up, return to the home page and login to your new account.
3. Once logged on, you will see your own personal bulletin board. This page will show all your past, present and future deliveries that are scheduled with us.

1. To start a new shipment, click on the “ADDRESS” tab.
2. To begin the shipment process, add a new address under the “PICKUP ADDRESSES” tab.
3. When entering the new address (or addresses), start with “Address Line 1”. Make sure you click the Google option of your selected address (a drop-down option will show up below). This is important! If you do not click the Google option, the address may not work. When you’re finished this step, click “SAVE”.
4. Refresh the page to see your new address entry.
5. Next, click on the “DELIVERY ADDRESSES” tab and complete the same process, followed by refreshing the page.
6. Now that you’re ready, select “NEW SHIPMENT”.
7. When entering your pickup information, type in the name of the person or company in the “Address History”. A little gray bar should appear below. Click on that bar to automatically fill the information from your previous address input.
8. Complete the same process for Delivery Information.

1. Once you click “Next”, you will see a selection of package sizes that you will need to choose from.
2. Enter the quantity of packages you need shipped.
3. Once you click “Next”, you should see a big green check mark with the message “Shipping Package Added!”

1. Once you have received the green check mark, you should then see a summary of your package with the cost and the estimated delivery time.
2. All deliveries include a tracking link with an ETA that is sent to customers. This allows them to track the live location of our couriers and stay up to date on the delivery
