Please ensure all shipment information is accurate before booking. Fragile items must be identified as “FRAGILE” in the Package Description, clearly marked, and securely packaged for courier transport. Shipment protection varies by service selected, and damage claims are based on verified item cost and require damaged goods to be retained for collection. Size and weight surcharges may apply to larger or heavier shipments, and after-hours, weekend, wait-time, return, and redelivery charges may apply when applicable.
